The UPDC is a combined force dedicated to the protection of all civilian assets. A multi-ethnic battlefleet established to police hostile sectors that CONCORD has neglected, it is anticipated that the UPDC will become the first line of defense for the Caldari State in the not-so-distant future. The current primary objectives of the Coalition are; to amass a surpluss of ships and munitions, research advanced technologies, and train tirelessly for the dark days to come. All diplomatic representatives are invited to join "UPDC" channel to openly discuss cooperative efforts.
