Carebear Pirate - A member of a corporation that ganks high sec pilots by declaring war. They dodge the consequences of being a real pirate and prey on the defenseless to rack up kills.

Profit Protection Services provides temporary shelter to the prey of carebear pirates. If the corporation is war dec'd, its members will shift to another protection service corporation, causing the carebear pirate corporation to waste a war dec slot.

Only refugees from carebear corporations will be accepted. Anyone in a PvP corp should accept the consequences of their playstyle choice.
