Swaddlers (Rogues not content to rob but who lustily abuse and kill)

the accronym C.E.L.T.S. is thieves' cant or middle english from the early 1100's on to the late 1700's. To us it says roughly "A new plague of rogues fighting cruel bastards and griefers for sport".
