We have 2 rules.
Rule 1 -- If you want Diplomatic Relations with us then please take a number and wait in queue to be hshot.
Rule 2 -- We are not carebears, but we do like carebears after all they feed us our daily bread.....
If you wish to join Diplo then during application a full api key will be required, and a minimum of 35mill sp, links to KB to show that you can kill and not get killed often will help applications.
