The Eternal Moon Scions are the descendants of the golden realm of Hyperborea on Saisio III, who worshiped the only moon of the planet as a Goddess. After the Rod of the Creator shattered the Eternal Moon and destroyed Hyperborea, they found refuge on an abandoned island call Hiisi, which came to be known as the Sanctum of the Oathbearer. There, they continued to practice their ancient rites, even though their goddess had died and they received no answer to their prayers. A prophecy emerged in the time that followed, saying that the Moon Goddess would one day return through the Sacred Heir born to the Eternal Moon Scions.
