The mission of Hellgate Industries is to be the premier organization for mature, thoughtful and focused individuals.

Target Player Segment
In our experience, skill-points do not solely determine a players\' value. Our interests are in long term, mutually beneficial gaming experiences. Consequently, we are interested in the person behind the character. Our organization has an wide age range, with players from all walks of life. We are open to all, accepting of anyone, and tolerant as long as people abide by the golden rule of being polite, courteous, and humble.

Corporation Focus
Hellgate Industries recognizes that EVE is a game of conflict, and that to be successful in EVE you have to have a strong combat presence. Recruits should realize that the Corp is oriented towards effective combat, even when participating in non-combat activities. Our goals are to provide productive avenues for every interest. PVP & Production are our key areas for the moment.

Real Life Tolerant
The plan is to provide you with structured and squad-based activities, in harmony with individuals\' interests and personal goals. However, we will rarely make events mandatory. We strive to provide productive avenues for your leisure time without making you feel like it\'s a second job. We also understand that family and work should be a person\'s top priorities. We respect when people need to step away.

Decision Making
We understand that to be a successful corp you need a balance between making decisions and listening to our people. Therefore, we will follow a Democratic model where everyone gets a vote on any subject at hand. Democracy is derived from the Greek: \u03b4\u03b7\u03bc\u03bf\u03ba\u03c1\u03b1\u03c4\u03af\u03b1 - (d\u0113mokrat\xeda) "the power of the people". Hellgate Industries does not follow the Dictatorship model, as this is not part of our leadership style, we seek partners, not fodder.
