Minimum Required Certs:

The following list of certs represents the minimums that Lucky Insane feels that every member must have no matter the specific career path they have chosen. We require these certs in order to make sure that you have the capabilities needed to support the team in ways not directly related to your chosen career path. In most cases it should take no more than 1-2 days to train these certs if you do not have them already. You are not required to have these certs when you join, but you must acquire them or have made signifigant progress in acquiring them within 1 week of joining.
