The Out of Pod Federation (sometimes also called Out Of Pod Freedom, Out Of Pod Fantasy, or Out Of Pod Feelings) is an organisation dedicated to liberating podlings from their capsules, so that we may dance freely together wherever we find suitable stations or planet surfaces. All species and factions are welcome to join us, without discrimination.

The term "Out of Pod" is a state that can be reached in lucid dreaming, near death experiences, meditative practices, astral traveling, any Alpha/Omega fantasy of a creative mind... or in a virtual game.

OOPF takes fun and pride in practicing to be different.

Nothing is real in our virtual universe except our feelings, so we act accord to those.

It is said of us that we chat too much, dance too much, hug too much, and have fiery and sharp tongues when it comes to defending freedom, peace, and friends, which we cherish the most of all.

We have no rules, except respect for the infinite boundaries of each others freedoms.

One of the cornerstones of OOPF is freedom. Freedom to change, freedom to whine or afk, or sleep, or voyage outside OOPF, have a real life, be happy or sad... freedom to have no reasons whatsoever...

We also plan great parties. Should it be in our spaceships with drinks, laughter, games, costumes, and fireworks, or anywhere outside conquering.

We are addicted to each other maybe more than to any specific aspect of our universe, and we are looking forward to sharing our virtual experience with other capsuleers who are out of their pods or out of their minds.

OOPF is a beacon for travellers, The Last Homely Lighthouse where we can dine and share experience and warmth around our fire. Some travellers are just stopping by, to pick up energy and rations for their next big adventure... some like to stay for good and listen to the elves or vampires singing.
