Small corp intended to help new players get a leg-up in the game and give older players a low-tax place to park and share wisdom. Looking primarily for people interested in missioning, mining, manufacturing, R&D, etc.

PvP'ers are encouraged to seek-out Eve University to cut their teeth - when QARA goes to war, it's defensive and we call on resources that prefer NOT to fly with noobs. We can, however, give lots of advice on PvP if you're interested.

* Ship Replacement Program
* Ore and Salvage Purchase Program
* Start-up ISK/Modules
* Fleet Ops (depending on interest, not mandatory)
* Lab slots

We do require a limited API be submitted for review before acceptance, but as we are not going to be handing out Directorships anytime soon we're going to be pretty lenient. If you've got alts, just be up-front about who they are and we'll probably be fine with it.
