The Torchwood Institute for Advanced Research in Biochemistry, Cybernetics, and Emergent Threat Technologies is dedicated to protecting and advancing the Caldari State through cutting-edge research and innovative technologies.

Our mission is to combat and investigate new threats as they emerge in New Eden, from the enigmatic Drifters, to the Sansha's Nation & Triglavians. By pushing the boundaries of cybernetic and biological advancements, we drive progress across diverse domains, including medicine, engineering, and exploration.

At the heart of our operations lies Torchwood Security, a paramilitary wing and internal security force. Though it's primary directive is to safeguard Torchwood personnel and facilities, it also serves the greater State by conducting targeted operations against traditional foes like the Gallente and Guristas, as well as novel threats, With its expertise in intelligence gathering, guerrilla warfare, and tactical response, Torchwood Security is the Institute's ultimate asset in maintaining New Eden's stability.

Through unwavering dedication to our principles, we strive to propel human evolution within New Eden, ensuring the Caldari State remains a beacon of progress and resilience in an ever-changing galaxy.
