Third Echelon Alfa (sometimes spelled 3rd Echelon Alfa, abbreviated as 3ECHA ) is a top-secret corporation of the Amarr Empire, established in 2013. Its position within the Amarr intelligence community was at the forefront in the War on Information.

Third Echelon Alfa is a top-secret directorate tasked with spearheading the Amarr information warfare initiative. Its primary goal is to serve as the equivalent of Special Forces in the modern age of information warfare. Their work is the blackest of black ops, retrieving the most vital intelligence and acting on it in ways that other operatives cannot. Unlike other Amarr intelligence field operatives, their identities were kept secret, even from other government agencies.
