- Mature towards our corp and alliance's members
- No stupidity, "You can't fix stupidity."
- Must be 21yo+
- Alliance interactivity is only required if you are in alliance held space. but there is no CTA (call to arms) requirement, just be respectful to other alliance members in our low sec area and you're fine.
- Absolutly no scamming/scammers.

This corporation is owned and was started by a solo player who prefers to keep his in-game demands low, but is happy hang with and help others as long as they're reasonable and mature human beings. We can help you grow locally, and even help you start your own solo or large, mostly active or not very corporation of your own.

You will have access to a stable base of operations in high or low sec and/or help you to branch out with us into null sec or WH space. We do it all and can offer a frendly, and laid back environment for advancement. You're also welcome to join until you find someplace better to move onto, as long as you meet the few requirements above.

We have manufacturing, research & copy, and invention facilities at minimal taxes for tracking purposes (currently 0%), as well as minimal corporate taxes for upkeep (currently at 0% with alliance dues already covered). We don't care if you're active or not (you really aren't a requirement to us), and will only kick inactive members if we need space for more (max corp size, no problems foreseen there).

We will be setting up members-only marketing/trade facilities with better buy orders than local if possible, until then we may be able to offer better than Hek local buy orders for what you want to sell depending on what your selling. We are also looking for businessmen (traders/haulers) who are willing to invest in our businesses and have the patience it takes to gain our trust.

Like I basically stated above, we are simply a group of people who do not wish to be unreasonably taken advantage of or to unreasonably take advantage of anyone else or have unreasonable demands placed on us. We prefer to be self sufficient and not need anyone else, but we're happy to help anyone else become the same way within reason. Your goals do not matter to us, even if you intend on doing better, as long as you are not unreasonable and/or untrustworthy.

Trust matters the most, and trust is what takes the longest to attain. If you seen and read all of this description, you prolly have what it takes to be a member. If you become a member, what you do or don't do with it is up to you. And finally, trust counts for a lot more than ISK investment. We are looking for good people, not wealthy people.
