 +We mentor in the development of our members to become more effective and self-sufficient pilots. We train our pilots in the career path they have chosen and offer advice as well as support. We teach our pilots not only how to survive on their own but also how to be team players. We teach respect, honor, and loyalty. No actions go without consequence or reward.
