 The Galactic Systems Alliance (G.S.A.) is a Multifaceted Corporation with the goal of becoming one of the greatest powers the EVE Universe has ever known. We are a primarily neutral corporation but are not afraid to defend ourselves against attacks or threats.  As far as recruiting goes we are accepting of both experienced players and newcomers alike within the world of EVE. Experienced players will move faster through our introductory levels than our newcomers; however we do ask that you share your knowledge of the game and how it works. For our newcomers we will be offering training so that you can gain your bearings within this massive universe and perhaps one day go on to rule your own empire. As far as recruiting goes we are accepting of both experienced players and newcomers alike within the world of EVE.  The G.S.A will impose a corporate tax rate of 5.0% for anything totaling more than 100,000 ISK.
